Let me start with mine: Relationship & Selflove Transformational Coaching Since establishing To Her Heart in September 2011, my founding vision of seeing more relationships flourish has not swayed over the past decade of flavorful milestones. I later rebranded To Her Heart as Faithful Salt Solutions and now consolidated back to my own name Niecristal (https://www.niecristal.com/)to better reflect the brand essence and its holistic suite of service offerings. Today, Niecristal exists to continue equipping and raising courageous couples to fight for their marriage in this corrupted world so saturated with broken relationships, strengthening one marriage at a time to then influence their children, relatives, and community in the most beautiful way. For over 10 years, I have helped nurture healthier relationships and save marriages from divorce, and I have encouraged many talented women to pursue their dreams and businesses without neglecting their roles at home. I study to design and host meaningful selflove experiences for wives who are willing and ready to take care of themselves and to nurture their happiest marriages. In January 2023, I expanded my selflove unit into facial skincare after many years of interest and discovery. I started as a user of the V Magic® facial skincare products in early 2022. By January 2023, I was bringing the V Magic® products suite into Australia as a Biotech Skincare Adviser trained under the brand, and founded V Magic® Australia. Christian Ministry I started serving in the Praise & Worship ministry in December 2005 as a choir singer. I also occasionally serve as a backup singer, a drummer, and a pianist when I am not leading the praise & worship. The churches I have served include Hock Ing Methodist Church Kapit, Church of Praise Tronoh, Shiloh AOG Wangsa Maju, Life Church Bintulu, and SumGim Church English Ministry Geoje. I composed my first Christian song in 2005, "United in Christ". Risk Management Profession I’m a strategic risk transformation leader, passionate about turning risk management from a box-ticking compliance exercise into a genuine driver of business value. Over the past decade, I’ve worked across the full spectrum of organisations—partnering with C-Suite executives, board members, and frontline teams alike. My goal has always been to help businesses not just identify risks, but harness them as opportunities for competitive advantage. What excites me most is challenging the way organisations think about risk. I help companies rethink their governance frameworks, drive cultural shifts, and embed risk intelligence into everyday decision-making. I’ve led enterprise-wide initiatives like risk profiling, risk appetite development, assurance programmes, and crisis preparedness strategies—always with a clear focus on practical outcomes, not just theory. I’ve had the privilege of speaking at international energy conferences, sharing real-world insights on risk implementation. Training and capability-building are close to my heart too; I’ve designed and delivered risk training programmes that bring complex concepts to life across various industries. My journey has taken me into boardrooms of multi-billion-dollar companies, advising Boards and Management Committees on how to prioritise risks and enhance business value. I also work closely with middle managers and operational teams to strengthen risk culture and build competencies that align with the organisation’s bigger picture. I take a very hands-on, practical approach. With a sharp analytical mindset and a passion for making risk management truly useful, I bridge the gap between governance and execution. I’ve earned professional qualifications including the Enterprise Risk Manager®, Enterprise Risk Advisor®, and Qualified Risk Auditor® certifications, accredited by the Institute of Enterprise Risk Practitioners (iERP)—giving me a global perspective on risk governance, advisory, and assurance practices. In August 2024, I co-founded our own consultancy and training company, Rickhanie Experiences. Here, I lead our risk transformation programmes, helping businesses simplify and embed fit-for-purpose, results-driven risk management processes. Alongside my husband Rickhazzle D., a sharp problem-solver and process optimisation expert, we are dedicated to ensuring that risk management moves beyond paper into real-world impact. But here’s the fun part: risk management isn’t just my career—it has shaped my personal life too. I found myself naturally applying ERM tools to navigate my own challenges and decision points. I even developed Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to guide different areas of my personal life! Many of the transformational self-love programmes I run under Niecristal were born from top risk profiling exercises I originally designed for my relationship coaching clients.
